Application Managed Services (AMS) Lead

The Application Managed Services (AMS) Lead is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the successful delivery, operational management, and strategic growth of Managed Services and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) engagements within the Applications portfolio. This role serves as the primary delivery owner for assigned accounts, ensuring service excellence, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across application development, support, and modernization initiatives.

Working closely with account leaders, delivery teams, and business stakeholders, the AMS Lead will align delivery strategies with client objectives, foster high-performing teams, and enable scalable, technology-driven solutions. The role reports directly to the ADMS Leader.

Key Responsibilities





Portfolio Leadership & Service Delivery
Act as the Delivery Lead for assigned AMS and BOT engagements within the Applications portfolio.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services across application development, enhancement, maintenance, and support projects.
Oversee delivery across a broad technology landscape, including custom applications, packaged solutions, cloud-native platforms, mobile applications, and web-based systems.
Drive adoption of automation and operational best practices to improve efficiency, service quality, and reliability.
Monitor and achieve key delivery excellence metrics, ensuring minimal disruptions and client escalations.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor for application services.
