• Ensuring the overall Planning of the Construction schedule.(Construction of civil, finishing, MEP and infra, contractors schedule, drawing schedule, and resource allocation productivity, permissions for OC)
• Tracking & Co-ordination (Contractors, Consultant & PMD) - Resolving Bottlenecks.
• Cash flow Preparation.( project Monthly, Quarterly , Monthly )
• Preparing quarterly Schedule, PPC, WPR, DPR and to monitor and track progress of work, giving updated weekly target to the team .
• Control and follow-up for RCC drawing, MEP drawing, Façade drawing, Railing Drawing, Fire chute & Architectural drawing.
