The VFX Institute is looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to drive student admissions through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and consultative selling. If you enjoy speaking to people, overcoming objections, and achieving targets, this role is for you.
Your Primary Responsibility
Cold calling is the core function of this role.
You will spend most of your day speaking with prospective students, generating interest, qualifying leads, counselling them on career options, and converting them into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–120 outbound cold calls every day.
Contact fresh leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Re-engage old and inactive leads through structured follow-ups.
Qualify prospects and understand their career aspirations.
Explain course offerings and guide students toward the right program.
Handle objections and convert enquiries into admissions.




Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
Consistently achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Admissions, BPO, or EdTech Sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
Confident making high-volume outbound calls.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
Comfortable working with KPIs and daily calling targets.
