Role Description The Sr. Solar Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Eluru, responsible for driving rooftop solar sales for residential and commercial customers.



This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, understanding customer energy needs, and presenting tailored solar solutions and finance options. The specialist will prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, close deals, and coordinate with design, installation, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, providing post-sale support, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The specialist will also support training initiatives for junior sales team members and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

Eligibility:

* Minimum *1 year of sales experience* (any industry)
* Positive communication and negotiation skills
* Passion for sales and customer interaction.
