Overview:

Enterprise Quality Solutions (EQS) is an IT process and strategy consulting practice at Infosys. EQS provides consulting and implementation services across Enterprise Agile and DevOps transformation, Lean-Agile methods, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), up-to-date DevSecOps architecture, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and cloud-native platforms/tooling. With over 500+ consulting engagements, EQS leverages Infosys best practices and industry-standard frameworks to enhance the ways of working across client IT organizations.
As we evolve, EQS is integrating Generative AI (GenAI), Prompt Engineering, AIOps, and Platform-Specific AI capabilities to drive intelligent automation, observability, and resilient operations. EQS operates at the intersection of traditional software engineering and AI/ML, and applies data-driven methods to proactively predict,



detect, and resolve issues—minimizing impact and maximizing value for clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and implement the lifecycle of services from conception to inception, including system design, build, and deployment
Develop software solutions to enable operability of large-scale distributed systems capable of handling millions of transactions and petabytes of data
Manage capacity and performance to help scale the infrastructure both on public and private clouds around the world
Define and implement standards and best practices related to: System Architecture, Deployment, metrics, operational tasks
Support services through activities such as monitoring availability, system health, and incident response
Improve system performance, application delivery and efficiency through automation, process refinement, postmortem reviews, and in-depth configuration analysis
