Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate at Codemonk Handpicked, you will drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building strong relationships, and generating demand for our Contract Staffing and C2H services. Your focus will be primarily on domestic (India) accounts — prospecting startups and enterprises building out their engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and working in the fast-paced IT staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective clients and current business opportunities within the Indian market.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails,
LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities.
Schedule client meetings and understand hiring requirements related to Contract Staffing and C2H engagements.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present Codemonk Handpicked's staffing solutions and articulate our value proposition effectively.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure smooth handover of hiring mandates.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets (see "What Success Looks Like" below).
Stay updated on industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activity.
