Job Description

Opcito is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BFSI Software Services Sales Professional with 5–7 years of experience in selling software services and technology solutions to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of lead generation, business development, and revenue growth, with experience managing either the Indian market or international markets. Candidates with exposure to NBFCs, Loan Management Systems (LMS), Portfolio Management Solutions, Product Engineering Services, FinTech platforms, and BFSI technology solutions will be preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of experience in software services sales, IT services sales, product engineering sales, or BFSI technology sales.
Proven experience handling the India market and/or international markets (APAC, Middle East, Europe, or North America).
Robust hands-on experience in lead generation, business development, pipeline management, and deal closures.




Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling solutions/services to BFSI clients including Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance companies, and Financial Institutions.
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to NBFC technology solutions.
Experience selling Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Digital Lending Platforms, or Collection Management Solutions.
Experience with Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), Wealth Management Platforms, or Capital Market Solutions.
Product Engineering Services sales experience.
Understanding of digital transformation initiatives within the BFSI sector.
Existing network and relationships within BFSI organizations.
