Job Description

We are looking for a technically skilled SMT & Electronic Card Assembly Team Leader to head our SMD and circuit card assembly operations. You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient workflow, supervising a team of operators, and maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the entire SMD process—from solder paste printing to reflow—and a commitment to IPC standards and ESD control.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SMT/SMD assembly line operations.
In-depth understanding of SMD processes, IPC standards, and production equipment.
Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills for defect analysis and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Supervise the SMD assembly line and manage daily operator performance.
Oversee critical operations: solder paste printing, pick-and-place, and reflow.
Monitor production quality through AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and visual checks.




Coordinate with QA and the Production Manager on defect analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure all machines are calibrated and the team remains in full ESD control compliance.
Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on equipment safety.
