Job Summary
Head of Investment Management Technology will be responsible for growing and managing the investment management technology team. This is a leadership role responsible for leading the technology strategy and execution for the investment management division at India. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of data, data governance, and other technology solutions that support investment business and business operations. This role involves stakeholder management, expanding technology teams in India and driving strategic objectives. This role involves owning India teams’ value delivery to business.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the overall business goals of the investment management division.
Process Delivery: Drive end‑to‑end process delivery accountability, working hands‑on with delivery teams when needed to ensure high‑quality execution, proactively manage risks and issues, and enable seamless coordination across teams.
Proactively identify, manage,



and resolve delivery issues, leading regular organizational reviews to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
Proactively manage and resolve technology issues, lead organization‑wide technology reviews, and actively participate and contribute in technology leadership meetings across levels and forums to drive alignment, transparency, and solid delivery outcomes.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and increase efficiency.
System Development: Direct design, development, and maintenance of investment management systems and applications.
System Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of investment management systems and technology.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance and investment activities to senior management and stakeholders.
