We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid management process and drive the development of high-quality, winning proposals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, presales, delivery, solution, marketing, and leadership teams to understand client requirements, develop compelling bid responses, manage RFP/RFI/RFQ submissions, and ensure timely delivery of compliant and competitive proposals. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, exceptional written communication, and attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A proactive approach,



commercial acumen, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.

What you will do:
Lead and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales responses.
Partner effectively with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to qualify opportunities, assess fit, and align pursuit priorities.
Support chance assessments, bid qualifications, and pursuit planning by analyzing client requirements, timelines, risks, and internal capabilities.
Define the bid strategy, response structure, win themes, differentiators, and value proposition in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
Own the complete response process, including content planning, input collection, drafting, reviews, approvals, compliance checks, and final submission.
Drive bid kick-off meetings, governance checkpoints, review cycles, and stakeholder commun
