Sunday (www.sundayrest.com) is a premium D2C mattress brand. We are looking for someone with a hospitality, airline, premium retail, or banking background who knows what it means to deliver a 5-star experience and who can turn that into revenue.
Why This Role Exists
We do not need someone to answer calls and close tickets. We need someone who can own the client relationship from first enquiry to lasting loyalty. Repeat purchases, referrals, upsells, and conversions are how we measure success in this role.
What You Will Do
Convert inbound telephone enquiries into sales through consultative, relationship-based selling
Build personal relationships with high-value clients that drive repeat purchases and referrals
Manage escalations with the kind of poise and tact you would use with a hotel guest or airline passenger
Collaborate with logistics, operations,
and sales to resolve issues quickly
Who Should Apply
You bring warmth, polish, and emotional intelligence to every interaction. You know the difference between solving a problem and creating an experience. And you have the commercial instinct to turn that into results.
Hospitality: five star hotel sales and business development
Luxury retail: high-end fashion, jewellery, watches, premium electronics
Premium banking: relationship managers handling HNI or affluent client portfolios
B2B or B2C sales in premium segments: real estate, luxury automotive, premium insurance, wealth advisory
High-end D2C or e-commerce brands where client experience was a differentiator
Must-Have Qualities
2-7 years in a client-facing role in any of the industries listed above
Robust spoken and written English
Willingness to work from our Bangalore office (Banaswadi, Outer Ring Road)
