At The Tax Company (TTC), we're building India's next-generation AI-powered tax platform that simplifies taxation for individuals, professionals, and businesses.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Chartered Accountant who can lead our tax operations, manage a team of junior CAs, and help us build world-class tax processes.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead end-to-end Income Tax compliance for Individuals, Professionals, Firms and Companies.
Review and file ITR-1, ITR-2, ITR-3, ITR-4, ITR-5, ITR-6 and ITR-7.
Handle business taxation, tax planning and advisory.
Review financial statements and tax computations before filing.
Handle scrutiny notices, defective return responses and departmental communications.
Guide clients on tax-saving opportunities while ensuring complete legal compliance.
Review complex tax cases before submission.
Supervise, mentor and train a team of 5+ Junior Chartered Accountants and Tax Associates.
Establish internal SOPs, quality standards and review mechanisms.




Work closely with our Product and Technology teams to improve TTC's AI-based tax filing platform.
Validate AI-generated tax calculations and continuously improve accuracy.
Assist in building tax knowledge bases, workflows and automation.
Ensure timely delivery during peak filing seasons while maintaining exceptional quality.

What We're Looking For
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience.
Robust expertise in Indian Direct Tax Laws.
Hands-on experience with Individual and Business Income Tax Returns.
Experience in tax planning and advisory.
Practical knowledge of Income Tax Portal, AIS, TIS, Form 26AS, TRACES and related compliance.
Ability to manage and review a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
Comfortable working with technology and AI-driven products.
