Your Role

As Inside sales support, your prime responsibility is to facilitate support to H&I; tube business.



To ensure smooth business through timely & proactive support on offers and order execution. To work in close coordination with mill, field sales and other internal departments. Maintain records keeping as per internal guidelines, Audit, and other statutory purposes. Support team in other ancillary functions like marketing and promotion whenever needed for this product area.

Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows

Enquiry registration in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, follow up with respective plants/Mill for offer.
Making an offer to customers, ensuring all enquiries are attended and closed in CRM.
Coordination with mill personnel from order booking until the complete execution of an order.
To ensure smooth business through timely & proactive support on entire flow from offers to order to collection and all after sales activities. Follow all the processes mentioned in SOPs (entry in Dynamics, O to C system, Book ODS orders through Sopic, create
