We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sr. Manager / DGM – Warehouse & Logistics Operations to lead end-to-end domestic logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution functions for our Distribution Department.

Department: Distribution
Experience: 15–25 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution,
Education: BTech / B.E. (Mechanical), Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics preferred.
Reporting: Head - Global Logistics & Distribution

Role Summary: Lead end-to-end warehousing, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations for the domestic market, ensuring high service levels, product availability, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, vendor management, and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage warehousing, distribution, and transportation operations across India.




Ensure timely dispatches, OTIF performance, inventory availability, and efficient order fulfillment.
Drive logistics cost optimization through effective transporter and vendor management.
Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, DRP, and deployment activities.
Monitor warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and service KPIs.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, and Quality teams.
Lead logistics MIS, compliance, audits, process improvements, and digitization initiatives.
Establish strong vendor partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements.
