Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support and streamline day-to-day operational activities across projects, teams, and clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, effective resource utilization, timely execution of campaigns, and adherence to internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground branding and BTL activations across gated communities, tech parks, colleges, malls, and public spaces
Supervise day-to-day field activations, ensuring smooth execution as per campaign guidelines and timelines
Manage and guide field promoters, brand ambassadors, and activation teams on-site




Ensure correct deployment of branding materials such as stalls, kiosks, standees, banners, canopies, and merchandise
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, visibility, and brand compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for creative, logistics, and inventory requirements
Handle permissions, approvals, and local coordination with society managers, college authorities, and facility managers
Track daily activity reports, attendance, and performance of field teams
Identify on-ground challenges and resolve issues in real time to avoid campaign disruptions
Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of branding and activation assets
Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity from the field
Share post-activation reports including photos, videos, reach data, and observations
