About the Role:
A Director of Quantum Optimization Technology leads the research, development,



and commercialization of quantum-classical hybrid algorithms to solve complex enterprise problems like supply chain logistics, financial portfolio modeling, and resource management. They bridge the gap between theoretical physics, software engineering, and core business needs.
The Director will spearhead the transition of quantum optimization from theoretical research into deployed, high-value enterprise products. Operating at the intersection of High-Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence, and Quantum Information Science, this role requires a strategic leader who can translate classically intractable business problems into quantum-compatible algorithms executed on real hardware.
