JD - Cosmetologist

Mission Statement: Drive sales (Salon Sales – Beauty, Derma & Product), customer excellence, profitability & ensure operational efficiency & effectiveness while leading the Skin team to deliver exceptional service.

Experience & Education: Dermatologist / Doctor (BDS, BHMS, BAMS, MBBS) with additional qualifications in Cosmetology and hair & skin Aesthetics.
Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in related field. (others working in the Beauty industry as trainers or in direct sales).

Outcomes & Accountabilities:
1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly financial targets (Sales & Profit Margins) for the Skin department.
2. Maintain Skin NPS above 90%.
3. Ensure operational efficiency & adherence to SOPs.
4. Lead & develop the Skin team to enhance performance, service delivery & service efficacy.

Competencies: 1. Excellent Technical knowledge in Cosmetology (Skin /Hair) services (with prior hands-on experience in Skin/ Hair services).
2. Proven ability to solution & makes a sale basis individual Customer requirement.
3. Solid leadership,



and people management skills.
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to set & achieve sales targets (for Beauty/ Derma/ Products), driving revenue growth & maximizing profitability.
6. Willing to work in shifts, accept additional responsibilities, comfortable with transfers & open to outdoor promo event duties as per need.

Job Responsibilities :

Technical & Operational Excellence:
1. Verify safe handling & maintenance of all equipment of the Beauty section.
2. Study consultation forms of booked clients for planning appointments & conduct first skin analysis.
3. Ensure consultation forms are filled with client signature, comments, & photographs. Also ensure all consent forms wherever required are duly signed by the customers.
4. Track & ensure the consumption of products as per SOPs (with zero pilferages).
5. Assist and plan to maintain Skin staff individual productivity as per company standar
