DIRECT REPORTING: Sales Manager Internal Sales

This role is intentionally defined as a Marketing Project Manager position to ensure focus on execution, structure and delivery, rather than isolated marketing actions.

Role Purpose
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for translating marketing strategy into concrete, executable initiatives.
The role acts as the central execution and coordination hub, ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with business priorities, and measurable.
This position is not pure content or communication role, but a project driven, structured execution role, working closely with Sales, Product, and Management.

Profile & Qualifications
Required:
• 3–7 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a comparable role
• Solid experience in B2B and/or industrial environments
• Proven ability to structure complex topics and translate strategy into execution




• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity
• Agility in English (written, spoken, read)
Nice to Have
• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM or marketing automation
• Exposure to customer journey mapping and funnel based approaches
• Experience working with international stakeholders
