Charter Global is Hiring for Guidewire Claim Center Developer
Location: Pune/ Hyderabad
Notice Period – Immediate
Experience- 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Configure ClaimCenter components including entities, type lists, PCFs, workflows, rules, and UI screens.
Develop business logic using GOSU classes, enhancements, and rules.
Design and implement ClaimCenter integrations using SOAP/REST services, messaging, and plugins.
Customize and maintain integration plugins (e.g., messaging, validation, service APIs).
Work on data model extensions, assignment rules, event messages, and batch processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve application defects across environments.
Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and QA in an Agile model.
Ensure code quality, performance, and Guidewire best‑practice compliance.





Required Skills
6–8 years of overall experience, with 4+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
Strong hands‑on knowledge of Configuration (primary) and Integration (secondary).
Proficiency in GOSU, Java, XML, JSON, and web services.
Experience in ClaimCenter messaging, plugins, batch processing, and service integrations.
Valuable understanding of P&C; insurance claims lifecycle (FNOL, exposures, payments, subrogation, litigation).
Ability to work independently, mentor junior developers, and lead technical discussions.
