Senior Manager – Entertainment Partnerships & Brand Integrations

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Manager – Entertainment Partnerships to lead and execute entertainment-led brand collaborations across celebrities, creators, music, content, culture, and experiential platforms. The role requires solid expertise in developing integrated partnership opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, driving campaign execution, and delivering impactful brand solutions that connect with audiences through entertainment and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Entertainment Partnerships & Campaign Leadership
Lead the identification, development, and execution of entertainment-led brand partnerships across celebrities, creators, music videos, branded content, experiential activations, airport media, and cultural properties.
Convert client briefs into innovative partnership opportunities that align with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
Drive end-to-end campaign management from concept development and proposal creation to execution,



measurement, and reporting.
Develop strategic partnership recommendations and negotiate commercial agreements with talent, rights holders, production houses, media owners, and content partners.
Lead and identify brand integration opportunities across films, television, OTT platforms, web series, and other entertainment properties.
Track upcoming movie releases, TV programming, OTT content, celebrity associations, and entertainment trends to proactively recommend relevant brand partnerships.
Evaluate entertainment properties to identify the best brand-content fit based on audience, cultural relevance, and marketing objectives.
Build and manage relationships with production houses, TV networks, OTT platforms, broadcasters, studios, and other entertainment partners, including curating and evaluating partnership proposals.
