About the Role
We are seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant (PA) (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on perioperative care, surgical procedures, clinical decision-making, operative documentation, patient management, and AI-generated surgical content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated surgical assessments, operative reports, perioperative care plans, clinical documentation, patient education materials, and procedural guidance. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for surgical decision support, clinical documentation, medical education, and healthcare AI applications.




This position is ideal for licensed Physician Assistants with experience in general surgery or surgical specialties such as orthopedic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, trauma surgery, vascular surgery, or minimally invasive surgery.

Responsibilities
Review AI-generated operative reports, surgical consultation notes, discharge summaries, postoperative care plans, procedural documentation, and patient counseling materials.
Evaluate clinical reasoning involving surgical indications, perioperative risk assessment, postoperative management, wound care, infection prevention, pain management, and complication recognition.
Verify AI-generated recommendations using current surgical guidelines, evidence-based practices, and specialty-specific standards of care.
Identify diagnostic inaccuracies, procedural errors, documentation deficiencies, patient safety risks, unsupported recommendation
