Deputy Manager – CPP Electrical Maintenance
Employment Information
The position is with Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited, a subsidiary of Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited.
While Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited is the parent/group company, all recruitment, employment, payroll, and related HR processes for this role will be managed by Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Shift Maintenance Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns.
Minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
Conduct effective shift handovers.
Preventive Maintenance Execute weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans.
Ensure CLTI (Cleaning, Lubrication, Tightening, Inspection) activities are completed.
Record maintenance observations in the ERP system.
Resource Management Allocate manpower efficiently.
Ensure availability of critical electrical spares.
Prevent production delays caused by maintenance resource shortages.
Reliability & Root Cause Analysis Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
to improve equipment reliability.
Safety & Compliance Enforce 100% work permit compliance.
Ensure electrical isolation (LOTO) before maintenance work.
Conduct daily Toolbox Talks.
Maintain compliance with EHS, ISO/IMS, and 3S standards.
Required Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (minimum).
10+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a power plant or captive power plant.
Experience as an Electrical Shift In-Charge or a similar leadership role.
Technical Skills
Maintenance and troubleshooting of:
Transformers
Switchgears
Motors
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
ERP-based maintenance management.
Knowledge of power plant maintenance practices.
