Role Overview
The Sales Head will lead Vizmo Factory's sales function, driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, expanding into new industrial markets, and developing strategic customer relationships. This role is responsible for creating and executing the overall sales strategy while ensuring profitable business growth across system integration projects.




The ideal candidate combines solid leadership with deep consultative selling expertise and has experience selling integrated industrial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Vizmo Factory.
Drive sustainable revenue growth across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and expansion strategies.
Build annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Account Management team.
Define sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales professionals.
Foster a high-performance and customer-centric sales culture.
3. Enterprise Sales & Key Account Development
