Role Description: The Early Years Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of early years classrooms, ensuring that teaching practices align with the school’s philosophy and curriculum standards. The coordinator will guide and support educators, plan and review learning experiences, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for young learners. Duties include collaborating with the leadership team, organizing staff meetings and professional development,



supporting parent communication, and monitoring documentation and assessment of children’s progress. The role also involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement, implementing age-appropriate educational strategies, and promoting joyful, sustainable, and globally informed learning experiences.

Qualifications
Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) certification from a reputed institute is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development.
Experience in curriculum planning, classroom coordination, and instructional leadership in early years settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and leadership.
Ability to create and maintain safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments for young children.
