About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- 6–10 years of experience in CRM/Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, and performance tuning.
- Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and multi-org strategies.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC).
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data governance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform (LWC preferred).
- Strong experience in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).




- Proven experience in solution design and technical leadership roles.
- Experience with source control, branching strategies, and release management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead discussions.

Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- JavaScript Developer I (optional but preferred)
