Key Responsibilities

Supervise interior fit-out and civil work activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor site progress and maintain daily site records.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, project managers, and clients.
Resolve site issues and provide regular progress updates.
Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards.
Coordinate defect rectification and finishing work.
Ensure timely availability of materials and follow up with suppliers.
Prepare work schedules, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion.
Verify material receipts and maintain stock records.
Prevent material wastage and misuse.
Maintain DPRs, labour attendance, measurement sheets,



and work completion reports.
Take site photographs and submit progress updates.
Maintain a clean and secure work environment.
