The Opportunity
In this role you will support Contingent Workforce Procurement
- Administer contractor onboarding processes including compliance, rate validation, review, SOW/Contract creation and contract management.
- Ensure adherence to local labour regulations and internal governance requirements
- Support sourcing and management of contingent workforce suppliers (umbrella companies – AOR and EOR, independent contractors and Vendor Contractors)
- Assist in rate benchmarking, cost control,
and utilisation tracking across regions
- Maintain preferred supplier panels and support vendor performance reviews
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations
- Execute end-to-end P2P activities including:
- Act as a key point of contact for procurement queries from internal stakeholders
- Drive compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies within P2P cycle
Systems & Data Management
- Act as a super-user for procurement systems (e.g. ERP- Oracle, P2P platforms, if applicable)
- Maintain accurate WIP, supplier and contract data in systems
- Generate procurement reports (contractor numbers, spend, supplier performance, compliance) to:
- Analyse spend data
- Track contractor costs and trends
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements
