Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to manage and support end to end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including sales orders, pricing, billing, and shipping. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
. Configure and support SAP SD modules for Order to Cash processes.
. Handle sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery/shipping.
. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
. Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide user support.
. Collaborate with cross functional teams (MM, FI, etc.) for integration.
. Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
