About The Role

Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization (MSO) serving 270+ provider organizations across the US, with delivery centres in Chicago, Gurugram, and Manila. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to strengthen our global finance function across our US, India, and Philippines entities — not just the India books.

You’ll own day-to-day accounting operations and the month-end close, ensure statutory compliance across geographies, support global consolidation and US reporting across our multi-entity structure, and help build the controls and processes that scale with a fast-growing business. This is a hands-on role with team-supervision responsibility — suited to someone equally comfortable in the detail of a reconciliation and in presenting numbers to leadership. This is a full time, work-from-office role (5 days a week)



with flexibility in working hours.

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger & Month-End Close

Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close — journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and account reconciliations
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date general ledger in line with accounting standards and company policy
Review and post entries prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Accounts Payable, Receivable & Billing

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, client billing, and collections follow-up
Manage employee reimbursements, expense processing, and petty-cash controls
Monitor cash flow and support treasury and banking activities

Invoice & Contracts Management

Manage client and vendor invoicing for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across entities
Maintain and track finance-related contracts — renewals, obligations, and key commercial terms — in coordina
