Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication campaigns that inform, engage, and inspire employees.




- Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for internal communication channels, social media platforms, emails, and announcements.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and produce engaging content including posts, reels, short-form videos, stories, campaigns, and employee spotlight features.
- Capture workplace culture, employee experiences, company events, and success stories through impactful storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather content ideas and convert them into engaging communication pieces.
- Drive employee participation and advocacy programs to increase engagement across social media channels.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to optimize future content strategies.
