This new role will shape and deliver a agile, inclusive programme that inspires creativity, supports learning and wellbeing, and brings people together through music. Working across our diverse community, you'll build on Coda's strong foundations while bringing fresh ideas, artistic ambition and strategic leadership to a programme rooted in our core values of excellence, inclusivity and community engagement.
