We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to lead critical financial operations, accounting controls, export-import finance activities, taxation, compliance, and commercial finance functions within a manufacturing-oriented business environment. This role requires a robust understanding of financial governance, statutory compliance, working capital management, and business finance processes, along with the ability to collaborate across banking institutions, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, efficient cash flow management, and seamless execution of domestic and international financial transactions while supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance,



and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee export-import finance activities, including documentation, banking transactions, trade finance instruments, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, export incentives, GST refunds, and related commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for working capital requirements, funding arrangements, and banking operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Lead account finalization activities and support statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation requirements, including GST filings, assessments, notices, and regulatory submissions.
