We are seeking an experienced and organized HR Executive to manage the end-to-end process of admin and HR activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM and ERP software, coordinating with staff, and providing assistance. Additionally, they will schedule MD meetings, manage payroll, recruitment, and maintain company data.
Key Responsibilities
Admin and HR Activities: Manage end-to-end process of admin and HR activities.
CRM and ERP Software: Maintain and update CRM and ERP software for efficient data management.
Staff Coordination: Coordinate with all staff members, provide assistance, and ensure smooth operations.
MD Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings with the Managing Director.
MD Activities: Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s activities and schedules.
Payroll Management: Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Recruitment:
Identify staff requirements, inform management, and manage the recruitment process.
Franchisee Partner Management: Maintain good communication with franchisee partners, manage data, and ensure smooth operations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data of vendors, staff, franchise owners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, admin, or a related field.
Skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM and ERP software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
