Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in R&D; or product development roles
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
Skills
Strong knowledge of food science, chemistry, and product development principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a laboratory setting and follow safety protocols
Good communication and collaboration skills

Improve existing products and processes
Conduct sensory evaluations and quality control tests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and marketing
