Job Description




The purpose of this position is to establish scientific basis for time and motion standards, monitor and calculate the blue-collar manpower efficiency and establish secure and ergonomic work environment to overall enhance productivity and resource utilization in various direct and indirect functions.
Industrial Engineering
Estimate, develop and determine Standard time (MTM, Time Study) , Maintain SAP data (Routing, CAPP, ROS), Identify improvement areas (ABC analysis, Bottleneck study, LLD,OEE trends, VT/TG trends) & lead/support VT/Tg ratio optimization projects to ensure implementation of IE & BPS standards

Ergonomics
Assess, review, monitor and communicate ergonomic compliance of workstations to stakeholders. Ensure closure of observations during ergo checks to ensure safer, healthier and productive work places.
