About The Role

We're looking for a Pitch Strategist to lead the end-to-end pitch process for prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who combines content strategy, research, storytelling, persuasive copywriting, and presentation design to create compelling pitches that win business.

What You'll Do

Own the complete pitch process from brief to final presentation.
Understand client requirements, business objectives, and marketing challenges.
Conduct market, industry, competitor, and audience research.
Develop strategic recommendations aligned with client goals.
Build compelling pitch narratives and presentation flow.
Write persuasive, engaging, and concise copy for pitch presentations, proposals, and supporting documents.
Collaborate with creative, social media, performance marketing, SEO, AI, and design teams to gather inputs.
Create high-quality presentations that effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of pitch materials.
Maintain a repository of case studies, credentials, templates,



and previous pitches.
Continuously improve pitch quality by identifying recent storytelling techniques, presentation styles, and market trends.
Support leadership during client presentations whenever required.
Ensure every pitch reflects Social Pill's creativity, strategic thinking, and business-first approach.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in strategy, branding, marketing, business development, consulting, or agency pitching.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and presentation-building abilities.
Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple pitches simultaneously and work under deadlines.
