5 to 15 Years of experience in VFD / Drives Industry
Analyse and interpret customer specifications to clearly understand project requirements and technical expectations.
Develop and deliver technical solutions in compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.
Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to develop schematics, General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), and other project deliverables.
Respond to customer technical queries promptly and drive effective resolution of technical issues.
Lead technical discussions and presentations during customer meetings and design reviews.
Ensure timely submission of high-quality engineering documents in accordance with customer requirements and project schedules.
Provide technical mentoring, guidance, and support to team members in solution development and problem-solving activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure successful project execution and delivery in line with contractual commitments.
Experience




5 to 15 years of experience in drives industry.
Experience with medium-voltage or low-voltage drives is preferred.
