JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst, Associate Relations & Compliance, APEC supports the
Associate Relations & Compliance function by managing case administration,
compliance tracking, reporting, data analytics, and governance processes across
the APEC region. The role serves as a central resource responsible for the
administration and integrity of case management systems, dashboards, reporting
tools, and compliance trackers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while
supporting regional risk management objectives.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the operational effectiveness
of the Associate Relations & Compliance function by enabling investigators, HR
leaders, and other stakeholders to focus on complex investigations, associate
relations matters, compliance reviews, stakeholder engagement,



and strategic
initiatives. The role provides analytical insights, identifies emerging trends
and risks, supports data-driven decision making, and helps ensure consistency in
case management practices and reporting across APEC.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics,
Finance, Compliance, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
* 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Associate Relations, Compliance,
Risk Management, Shared Services, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
requiring robust data discipline and stakeholder support. .
* Experience working with case management systems, databases, trackers,
dashboards, reporting tools, or compliance-related processes.
* Advanced proficiency and technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Power
BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.) used for reporting, co
