Job Description
Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models.
Preparation of preliminary designs, concept & Schematic drawings, working drawings, full detailed drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and deadlines.
Help prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Visiting site on a periodical basis and clearing the site related queries.
Supervising Junior Architects and interns and assigning them tasks as and when required.
Maintaining project schedules and completion timelines to the clients as well internally.
Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and materials in architecture.
