About Position:

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Robot Framework, Python, API Testing, and Database Testing to drive quality assurance initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools, test automation frameworks, and client-facing engagements. This role requires a blend of automation, manual testing, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Experience in the Healthcare/Life Sciences domain and LIMS applications is a plus.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python to ensure high-quality software releases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and database testing across enterprise applications.
Leverage AI-driven testing tools and Claude AI to improve test automation efficiency, coverage, and productivity.
Collaborate with developers,



business analysts, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and track defects using JIRA and Confluence.
Validate application workflows, APIs, and backend databases to ensure end-to-end system reliability.
Participate in client discussions, requirement reviews, sprint ceremonies, and release validation activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices within Agile development environments.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing existing test frameworks.
Contribute to testing activities for applications within Healthcare, Life Sciences, and LIMS environments (preferred).
