Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead the creation, management, and performance of our social media presence. This role combines hands-on content production with strategic planning and channel management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing real-world moments across our community initiatives, events, and in-office activities, and transforming them into engaging, high-quality short-form content tailored for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We are specifically looking for someone with prior experience in both content creation and social media management, gained either in an agency or in-house environment. Experience working with multinational or global organizations is strongly preferred,



as the role requires an understanding of diverse audiences and the ability to maintain consistency across markets. This role requires someone who can think creatively while staying aligned with brand guidelines, and who is comfortable owning the end-to-end social media process from planning and creation through to publishing and performance tracking. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid, distributed team environment are essential.
