What will you contribute?
At Finastra, we are transforming the way our people experience technology. As an HRIS Specialist within the People Technology team, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our global HR technology landscape, centred around Workday and other People systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, managing system integrations and working across a broad range of HR technology initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner to HR stakeholders and business teams, ensuring our systems operate efficiently and continue to evolve to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and priorities support requests related to People Technology systems through our Service Portal, ensuring adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues across our HR technology ecosystem.
Partner with HR teams, People Operations and business stakeholders to resolve system and process queries.
