This includes maintaining plant control networks, updating instrument loop diagrams, troubleshooting frequency drives, carrying out thorough instrument calibration plans,



and offering quick diagnostic interventions during unexpected automated system failures. Key Skills/: P&ID;, Wiring Blueprint, and Loop Sheet Literacy/: The capacity to read, comprehend, and trace intricate electrical circuit schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and individual loop connection pages. Metrology & Calibration Hardware Competency/: Complete proficiency in the safe use of process verification hardware, such as HART/Fieldbus communicators, pressure hand pumps, multifunction loop calibrators, and dry/-block temperature baths.
