Meet the Team

Millennium’s Global Risk Management Department is responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, managing, and reporting the risks associated with the firm’s portfolios at both the Firm-wide and Portfolio Manager levels. Within this organization, the Risk Engineering team supports critical risk workflows and analytics across global markets, including the platforms and services that power official VaR,



stress testing, and other highly sensitive risk reporting used by risk managers, researchers, and investment stakeholders across the firm.
What You'll Do
Take end-to-end ownership of core risk platforms, from requirements and architecture through implementation, deployment, and production support
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team in Bengaluru, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and engineering excellence
Define and drive architecture for multi-asset, low-latency, high-availability services that support critical risk analytics
Partner closely with risk managers, portfolio managers, researchers, modellers, and quants globally to shape priorities and deliver high-impact solutions
Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations, communicating clearly across technical and business audiences
