The Program is designed to help you transition from a career break into a career within financial services. You may have worked in the finance sector, the tech sector or another industry altogether
Returners in the Application Development and Software Engineering stream, will have the prospect to utilize their knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code.
We are interested in applications from those who have a range of experience including, but not limited to:
Experience: 4 years of proven software development experience, specializing in Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
Full Stack Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of robust web applications.
Back-End Development:



Solid experience in developing server-side logic and APIs using languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Database Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, with a deep understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), particularly Oracle.
AI: Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and interest in leveraging AI to enhance productivity
