Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lead Engineer to join our Screening & Centrifuges product team on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects in parallel.
Lead projects related to contracts, standardization, product improvement, and R&D; initiatives.
Ensure overall design integrity and adherence to customer specifications and industry standards.
Deliver projects according to defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (Process, Electrical, Automation, etc.) to meet project deliverables.
Analyze complex design challenges and develop innovative solutions.




Review and approve engineering designs, including 3D models, detailed drawings, and mechanical calculations.
Work with global resources to complete engineering deliverables efficiently.
Travel to job sites and regional offices as needed for equipment troubleshooting, fabrication and manufacturing support, installation assistance, and sales support.
Support standardization, product improvement, and value engineering initiatives to optimize performance and cost.
Contribute to research and development projects to advance product innovation.
Contribute to the development of design standards, product specifications, and design control procedures.
Actively participate in a collaborative team environment to achieve project and organizational goals.

What You Bring:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
