Job Specification:
• Manage the onboarding process for recent hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks,
and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee life-cycle changes such as promotions, transfers, and other employee status changes.
• Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding, life-cycle change, and offboarding experience.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Manage accurate reporting on HR activities and generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
Skills Required:
