An exciting prospect for a talented marketer to join the Amazon Prime Video O&O; team and drive outbound marketing programs across business lines in India. You will own the execution and optimization of direct marketing campaigns across email, push notifications and WhatsApp channels, with a focus on driving engagement, retention and traffic to Prime Video storefronts. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can manage difficult campaign components end-to-end while learning to define broader channel strategy.

This role offers exposure to multiple stakeholders within Prime Video and direct impact on business outcomes across high-growth markets. It is a great fit for a marketer with CRM/direct marketing experience who is energised by hands-on campaign execution, experimentation, and working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment. You will work closely with the regional growth, storefront & engagement teams to ensure outbound programs are aligned with broader goals. This role will be based out of Mumbai.

- Execute outbound campaigns: Own end-to-end execution of outbound marketing campaigns across email, push and WhatsApp. Manage campaign components including segmentation, creative briefing, copy, scheduling, QA and deployment.
- Optimise x-site channel engagement and health: Monitor and improve channel engagement and health metrics (open rates, CTR, opt-outs, deliverables). Analyse performance data to identify patterns and trends, and recommend optimisations to improve effectiveness.
- Develop and execute experiment roadmaps: Build A/B testing roadmaps for subject lines, content types, send times, segmentation and personalization. Execute experiments, analyse results and share learnings with the team and cross-functional partners.
