Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and technically sound sales professionals who can drive business growth in the assigned territory. The role involves a mix of team management, market development, technical sales, customer relationship management, and application support for industrial products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in the field, interacting with customers, understanding industrial applications, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships with customers.
· Lead regional sales operations for industrial products, including machine components and equipment, to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
· Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing field sales team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and driving execution across the assigned territory.
· Identify current business opportunities, expand the customer base, and develop strategic account plans for key industrial customers and channel partners.
· Generate and qualify leads, plan customer visits,



conduct technical and commercial discussions, and convert opportunities through consistent follow-up.
· Understand customer applications and recommend suitable product solutions based on technical requirements, performance expectations, and commercial feasibility.
· Maintain strong customer relationships especially with the high potential customers through regular site visits, application support, and responsive service to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer feedback to support business planning and improve sales effectiveness.
· Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, collections, and performance reports, and provide regular territory updates to management through the CRM system.
