Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing technology company and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and corporate roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers.
Handle offer management, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS.




Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Draft HR policies, letters, and employment documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements

3–5 years of HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition experience.
Experience hiring for Engineering, IT, Semiconductor, or Product Engineering roles is preferred.
Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
Knowledge of onboarding, HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, or similar) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a technology, engineering service
